Calculates a DSM for forested areas using the landcover dependent approach of Hollaus et al, 2010.
For trees, the max height in the grid is used, for other points, a plane is fitted into the datapoints. Output can be tiled, per polygon (via a provided shapefile) and/or combined (mosaic).
